GrowQ were brought in to lead the design and build of our Group-wide FP&A model.  The build was focused on improving the consolidation process of the Group’s various separate entities, building in a previously disjointed excel based payroll model forecast and to automate foreign exchange conversion across our global reports

GrowQ implemented the design for Sales & Margin reporting and Forecasting tool as well as a Stock forecasting model, integrated with SOP planning model. With a Connected Anaplan Eco-system, we now deliver faster, more reliable, and more accurate forecasts for the group

With a complex LLP Organisational structure, we needed a technology that could adapt to our unique business challenges. While we are continuing to work closely with GrowQ to give us greater flexibility and insight into our planning processes, Anaplan is proving itself to be the perfect product

Now with the Anaplan platform in place we’re confident in the accuracy of the forecasts. I can see at least a 10% improvement on forecast accuracy which is already positively impacting our bottom line. The best thing is that we’ve cut the amount of time to complete a plan in half!

Moving to a connected planning tool has been revolutionary as we can generate forecasts, budgets and scenarios with ease and at speed. We had a very tight budget and strict timelines, so we were over the moon with what was achieved in 6 weeks and are looking forward to seeing what else Anaplan can do
